Apex Systems is a global IT services provider, and our staffing practice has an opening for a Project Consultant with 3+ yrs experience, a background in Adobe Analytics/Content Square, and a strong history using pivot tables to place at our partner, a large organization that operates under a shared service model, a Big Five Tech Giant.

Client: Big Five Tech Giant, a multinational technology corporation

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Toronto, Remote

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

Must Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years experience with Adobe Analytics
• Minimum 2+ years experience with Content Square
• Minimum 2+ years experience with pivot tables in Excel
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.

Soft Skills:

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
