We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Analyst to join our Innovation Excellence team. The Project Analyst will support planning, implementing, and evaluating projects within the portfolio and across Humber River Health. This includes gathering, synthesizing, and translating requirements, conducting analysis, and facilitating consensus. The individual will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and thrive in high-performing, fast-paced environments.

Employment Status: Permanent Full-Time

Reporting Relationship: Director, Innovation Excellence

Employee Group: Non Union

Location: Wilson Site (Subject to change)

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Occasional Flex Time required.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document functional requirements from client stakeholders; facilitate process reviews; conduct gap analysis.
  • Develop and design solutions, research, and present options to clients.
  • Develop value propositions and benefits to evaluate client solutions.
  • Assist Project Managers in all phases of project management, including development and monitoring of plans and business cases.
  • Assist in the execution of project deliverables where required.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in IT, Healthcare, Business Analysis, or Project Management required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Business/Project Analyst roles and/or 3-4 years as a Project Coordinator.
  • Undergraduate degree in IT, Healthcare, or Business preferred.
  • Business Analysis certification, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, listening, facilitating).
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework and PMBOK, Lean methodologies, and technology assessment experience preferred.
