Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in administrative or project coordination roles.
  • Advanced proficiency with Office 365, Salesforce, and PC environments.
  • Strong ability to create, edit, and modify documents, reports, presentations, and training materials.
  • Proven experience managing multiple priorities and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and prioritize tasks for technical staff to support daily operations and timely project completion.
  • Set up projects by preparing price quotes, service details, and proposals in Salesforce.
  • Communicate with clients and team members to gather and manage information, track progress, and address project needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in Salesforce.
  • Track and report project milestones, including activation, updates, and closure.
  • Review and format documents for accuracy, consistency, and professionalism before client delivery.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including proposals and ad hoc tasks.
  • Oversee project workflows from start to finish, ensuring deliverables are accurate and presented professionally.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to clarify requirements and align expectations.
  • Monitor project timelines, following up with clients and colleagues for timely deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend adjustments to enhance efficiency.

Essential Job Functions
