We are excited to invite applications for the position of Project Administrator at LRI Engineering. This role offers the opportunity to develop your organizational and project management skills while supporting a variety of consulting projects in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Essential Job Functions

  • Organize and prioritize tasks for technical staff to support efficient daily operations and timely project completion.
  • Set up projects by preparing price quotes, service details, and proposals in Salesforce.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to gather and manage information, track progress, and address project needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in Salesforce.
  • Track and report project milestones, including activation, updates, and closure.
  • Review and format documents for accuracy, consistency, and professionalism before client delivery.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including assistance with proposals and ad hoc tasks.
  • Oversee project workflows from start to finish, ensuring deliverables are accurate and professionally presented.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, clarifying requirements and aligning expectations.
  • Monitor project timelines, following up with clients and colleagues to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend adjustments to enhance efficiency.

Position Requirements

Education

  • A College Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • PMP or CAPM certification is considered an asset.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset and highly valued.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative or project coordination roles.
  • Advanced proficiency with Office 365, Salesforce, and PC environments.
  • Strong ability to create, edit, and modify documents, reports, presentations, and training materials.
  • Proven experience managing multiple priorities and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
