We are seeking a Project Administrator based in Pickering, ON, to support our project teams by managing administrative tasks essential for project execution.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Distribute invoices daily to the Admin team
  • Process received cheques and distribute as required
  • Verify and process expense reports
  • Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Prepare and maintain subcontracts and related documents
  • Process invoices for payment
  • Assist with document preparation for billing and client requirements
  • Perform other duties, including vacation coverage for administrative staff

  • Experience with Viewpoint Accounting System is an asset
