About the Job:

Working Environment: Hybrid - 3 days a week on client site in Ottawa, ON

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in a related field such as Computer Science or Information Technology
• Minimum 3 years experience in Salesforce administration
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Knowledge of ITIL and change management best practices
• Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience is an asset
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a service-oriented customer environment
• Must be able to work on-site three days a week in Ottawa, ON
