StackAdapt is seeking a Client Services professional in Toronto to drive post-sales client success on the StackAdapt platform. You’ll manage a portfolio of advertisers, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with account executives to maximize ROI.

Reporting to the Director, Client Services, you’ll design campaign strategies, provide regular reporting, and identify upsell opportunities while traveling up to 20% as needed. This role blends technical fluency with strategic client advisory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network).
• Experience running Google AdWords, Facebook Ads or via a DSP as a self-serve user.
• Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across verticals.
• Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
• Provide regular reporting on goals and optimize to meet KPIs.
