  • Work closely with Work Package Owners (WPOs) to define scope, deliverables, and schedules.
  • Monitor and report on work package progress, risks, and performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) or equivalent tools.
  • Ensure coordination across engineering disciplines (structural, systems, electrical, avionics, etc.) to maintain technical integrity and alignment with configuration control.
  • Support change management by assessing the impact of engineering changes on active work packages and integrating changes appropriately.
  • Act as liaison between design engineering, manufacturing engineering, and operations to ensure seamless flow of work instructions and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to track part availability and resolve shortages affecting work package execution.
  • Support integrated master scheduling, risk and opportunity management, and project reviews (IPTs, PMRs, CDRs, etc.).
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance integration, reporting, and control of work packages.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Program Management, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in aerospace program integration, work package management, or related technical coordination.
  • Familiarity with aerospace development life cycles (development, production, sustainment).
  • Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira).
  • Working knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Teamcenter, Windchill).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Familiarity with AS9100 standards and aerospace regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in large-scale aerospace programs (commercial, defense, or space).
