Job summary

Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity in Banff, Alberta is seeking a Program Services Worker to handle the delivery, set-up, preparation, service, and clearing of program space and coffee/snack services for meetings, events, and programs on site.

The role also responds to requests from other departments, including office and equipment moves, and assists artists as needed to ensure exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Approximately one year of experience in a similar role.
• Organized, efficient, and able to budget time to complete many tasks.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrates superior customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct setup and preparation of program spaces as per the banquet event order.
• Move and set up tables, chairs, dance floors, and other equipment for meetings and events.
• Deliver and service food and beverage items for meetings on foot or by vehicle.
• Maintain cleanliness of classrooms, spaces, and storage areas before/during/after activities.
