Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity is seeking a Program Services Worker to support event spaces and catering operations on campus in Banff, Alberta. You will handle setup, service, and clearing of program spaces, and assist with coffee/snack services for meetings, programs, and special events.
Key duties include moving tables and equipment, delivering food and beverages promptly, maintaining cleanliness, and providing dependable customer service.

The primary responsibility of the Program Services Worker is the delivery, set-up, preparation, service, and clearing of program space and coffee/snack services for meetings, events, special functions, and programs at Banff Centre. The Program Services Worker also responds to various physical requests from other departments such as office moves, piano moves, assisting artists, and other duties as needed to provide exceptional customer service.
Reporting to the Manager, Program Services, below are some key accountabilities:
