Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity is hiring a Program Services Worker to handle setup, service and refreshment duties for meetings and events. You will respond to requests from different departments, move equipment, and ensure spaces are clean and ready for programs.
The role requires about one year of similar experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Valid Alberta driving license is preferred.
This position has a term end of November 15, 2026.

The primary responsibility of theProgram Services Workeris the delivery, set-up, preparation, service, and clearing of program space and coffee/snack services for meetings, events, special functions, and programs at Banff Centre. The Program Services Workeralso responds to various physical requests from other departments such as office moves, piano moves, assisting artists, and other duties as needed to provide exceptional customer service.
