Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity is seeking a friendly Bell Desk Attendant to ensure a memorable stay for our guests. You will assist with transportation needs, luggage storage, and provide local information, keeping the lobby tidy and welcoming.
Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, you will handle guest room showings, assist with mobility needs, and help maintain the lobby fireplace and vehicle readiness.
This is a term position for 6 months.

Banff Centre is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Bell Desk Attendant to ensure a memorable stay for our visiting guests. Motivated and customer-service oriented, you will maintain the organization of guest's luggage and belongings to and from guest rooms, providing storage if required, while ensuring the lobby is kept clean at all times.
