• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences or Business, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive related experience delivering programs and managing contractors.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• PMP designation is an asset.
• Experience in compliance or regulatory environments is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement programs and projects within budget, scope, and schedule while meeting quality, safety, and reporting requirements using program management principles.
• Plan, prioritize, estimate, and schedule program work with stakeholders, including developing program documentation to initiate and achieve objectives.
• Maintain relationships with delivery partners across Engineering, Operations, Powertech, Supply Chain, Environment, Indigenous Relations, and Safety.
• Oversee external delivery partners in engineering, project management, and construction management.
• Develop, implement, and manage multi-year contracts; oversee contractor performance and supplier relationships; approve commitments and manage finances within programs.
• Monitor progress to ensure work is cost-effective; report forecasts, variances, risks, and changes within governance frameworks.
• Use quality assurance to assess completed program work and close programs.
• Investigate and analyze challenges; evaluate risks and apply innovative solutions with partners.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize efficiency and delivery of programs.
• Lead initiatives to improve processes and procedures across programs.
• Seek new technology, processes, and products to improve current and future work.
