Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver automotive marketing and customer engagement programs from initiation to completion. You will manage schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams to ensure CRM, digital, direct mail, loyalty, retention, and lifecycle initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.

The role requires 6–7 years in project management or related fields, a bachelor’s degree, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

  • 6–7 years of experience in project management, marketing campaign management, client delivery, or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns, customer engagement programs, CRM initiatives, digital marketing, direct mail, loyalty, retention, or customer lifecycle programs.
  • Highly organized with strong timelines, budgets, deliverables, documentation, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in creating polished PowerPoint presentations for internal and client discussions.
  • Able to work independently and in teams; move initiatives forward with minimal direction.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams and client groups.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines in multi-client environments.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling client information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, project management tools, and reporting practices.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver automotive marketing and customer engagement programs from initiation to completion.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, forecasts, and status reports.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Development, Analytics, QA, Production, Client Success, technology teams, and vendors.
  • Facilitate meetings, gather requirements, and document business objectives.
  • Create clear PowerPoint presentations for client-facing discussions.
  • Monitor scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Ensure campaign deliverables meet quality and client expectations.
  • Support estimates, SOWs, billing, and project financial tracking.
  • Track performance against on-time delivery, budget, and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Work independently with minimal direction and keep teams aligned.
  • Support one or more client accounts as needed.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiency.
