Qualifications
- Expérience d’au moins 1 an en service client et en vente.
- Diplôme d’études secondaires requis.

- Compétences informatiques (notamment applications Windows).
- Souplesse pour travailler au moins 40 heures par semaine.
Responsibilities
- Répondre aux appels entrants axés sur les nouvelles ventes
- Expliquer les produits et/ou services afin de favoriser l’upsell et le cross-sell
- Écouter attentivement les besoins des clients et faire preuve d’empathie tout en maximisant les opportunités

- Handle inbound calls focusing on new sales
- Explain products and/or services to up sell and cross sell to new and current customers
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
- Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services

Your skills, integrity, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative role include:
- 1 year of customer service and sales experience (Retail, Restaurant, and or Call Centre experience) is beneficial
- A High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based applications)
- The flexibility to work a minimum of a 40-hour work week.

- The base salary range for this position is $17.75 - $22.19/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
