Summary :

Ontrac is looking for an experienced Program Manager to oversee the strategy and implementation of interrelated projects for the Delivery Network Operations team. They will be responsible for managing multiple project plans, creating project charters, using top notch organizational skills to drive accountability and manage stakeholders while providing visibility on project progress to senior leadership. This person will also use analytic skills to help inform prioritization and resource allocation.

Responsibilities :

• Working cross-functionally and coordinating multiple departments in driving the success of multiple projects.
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Performing risk management proactively to minimize disruptions to project plans.
• Managing stakeholders by providing clear written and verbal instructions on action items, owners, and due dates.
• Providing executive level updates on progress of multiple projects and escalating issues to upper management when needed.
• Provide a cost/benefit analysis on potential projects to help influence departmental strategy.

Minimum Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-8 years experience in related field.
• Occasional Travel as needed <10%.
