Description

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join our team in Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products while managing a team of logistics professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers to manage the supply chain effectively.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to meet demand.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding transportation and logistics.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Lead and train logistics team members to enhance productivity and performance.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-12 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of logistics software and systems (e.g., ERP systems).
