Job summary

Mountain Plains CSSN is seeking a Program Manager to lead and grow the Grande Prairie program, guiding a team of Direct Support Professionals and ensuring delivery of high-quality services aligned with evidence-based frameworks.

You will work with community partners and funding bodies to meet contracted outcomes, while overseeing hiring, training, and performance evaluations. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Degree or 2 Year Diploma in Child and Youth Care, or related human services field.
• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License.
• Driver’s Abstract.
• Clear Criminal Records Check.
• Clear Children’s Service Intervention Record Check.
• Vehicle Insurance stating $2 million liability and access to a vehicle.
• Access to reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Direct Support Professionals and support professional growth.
• Oversee program operations to meet contracted outcomes.
• Collaborate with community partners and funders for high-quality services.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and health & safety standards.
