An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Program Manager A to lead and support Workforce Education Services. This role involves supervising work-study staff, managing student inquiries, and ensuring compliance with grant guidelines. Clark College is currently accepting applications for a full-time, permanent classified Program Manager A in the Workforce Education Services (WES) department. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule of Monday-Thursday on campus, Fridays remote. The hybrid schedule is subject to change based on the needs of the college.
The Program Manager A supports the delivery of WES programs such as Basic Food Employment & Training (BFET), WorkFirst, Worker Retraining, Opportunity Grant, Supporting Students Experiencing Homelessness, Re-Entry, Passport to College, and Emergency Grant. This position is primarily responsible for providing supervision and training to work-study staff, triaging student inquiries, including monitoring triage and outreach for the WES student application.
WES programs provide financial assistance and support services to students that meet diverse program requirements to assist in closing the equity gaps in enrollment, retention, and completion.

Salary Range: $4,194 - $5,643/month | Step A-M (commensurate with qualifications and experience) | Range: 48 | Code: 107R
Successful candidates typically start at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases.
