1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for another Program Manager to join our growing Sales Operations team! As part of the Commercial Sales department, you will be responsible for preparing National Account customer, program and project solutions that maximize customer satisfaction, our ability to execute with excellence, and sales conversion.

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is an exciting, fast growing junk removal franchise. We are part of O2E Brands, the parent company of the hugely successful 1-800-GOT-JUNK?. We’re looking for another Program Manager to join our rockstar team to support Commercial Sales Operations by developing tailored National Account customer programs and project proposals that maximize customer satisfaction, our ability to execute with excellence and conversion.

For this role’s duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will be in the office 10% of time.

A Day in the Life

In collaboration with salespeople & our other Program Manager, you will support the conversion of National Account prospects and program opportunities through:

• Program and project opportunity investigation and discovery with salesperson and customer
• Developing and informing salespeople of tailored, profitable customer and program solutions that maximize customer satisfaction, operational excellence and conversion rate
• Preparing and providing proposals to salespeople for presentation to customers
• Rigorous debrief of program proposals and results to iterate and improve performance
• Leading and facilitating our Franchise-facing monthly "Working Group" call

What You Bring to the Table

• Outstanding organizational and planning abilities: The ability to implement and manage multiple, concurrent projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders, unique and complex business processes, varying resources, timelines and deliverables
• Ability to collaborate and gain buy-in across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to read and understand work-related materials
• Ability to manage internal and external communications
• Ability to facilitate resolution for both internal and external disputes
• Excellent communication, both written and oral; experience in business writing is an asset
• Working knowledge of Google Suite, Excel; document and proposal preparation is an asset
• An understanding of sales mechanics principles is an asset
• An understanding of project management principles is an asset
