NWI Precision is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead customer programs in the aerospace sector. This role involves managing complex projects, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective collaboration, and maintaining program compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management and extensive experience in aerospace manufacturing.
NWI Precision specializes in high-precision machining of helicopter masts, turbine shafts, engine thrust links, and nuclear pressure vessel components for the aerospace and nuclear industries worldwide. Operating from a 120,000 sq. ft. facility at 9 Fenmar Drive in Toronto, our dedicated team is committed to delivering the highest quality products to specifications and on time.
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team and lead key customer programs in the aerospace manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in managing complex, cross-functional projects with a focus on quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring their expectations are met through clear communication, timely execution, and effective collaboration. You will oversee all aspects of program performance, including engineering coordination, quality assurance, cost control, and supply chain alignment — driving each program from initiation through successful completion.
