TechDoQuest is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale cloud migration initiative in Toronto. You will drive end-to-end delivery, ensure alignment with business objectives, and oversee governance and reporting to senior leadership.

You bring 15+ years of IT and 7+ years in PM, with expertise in Azure Databricks, data platforms, and analytics environments. The role emphasizes collaboration across offshore/onshore teams in a fast-paced fintech setting.

Qualifications

Job description

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale cloud migration program, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage program governance, including budget, scope, timelines, and executive reporting.
• Drive migration planning, execution, cutover, and hypercare activities to ensure seamless transitions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Architecture, Data Engineering, Business, QA, and Operations, to achieve program goals.
• Manage RAID logs, dependencies, and stakeholder communications effectively.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to ensure successful delivery and adoption of cloud solutions.
• Oversee offshore, and onsite delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Mandatory Skills:

• 15+ years of IT experience with at least 7 years in Program Management.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Cloud Migration or Data Modernization programs.
• Strong experience in Agile delivery methodologies, stakeholder management, and financial governance.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure Databricks, Data Platforms, ETL/Data Migration, and Analytics environments.
• Experience managing distributed onshore and offshore teams.
• Banking or Financial Services experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Databricks Data Engineer Professional certification.
