Toronto Metropolitan University’s Diversity Institute seeks a seasoned Program Manager with strong experience in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion programs. The role plans, develops, manages, administers, communicates about, and reports on research programs and events, coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure funded objectives and measurable impact.
The position requires five years of program management experience, effective leadership, and excellence in writing and presenting.

The Diversity Institute is looking for a seasoned professional with program management experience preferably in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion programs. Be a part of several initiatives, programs and research programs at the Diversity Institute which seek to advance EDI in organizations in Canada. Does this sound like you? The Program Manager plans, develops, manages, administers, communicates about, and reports on research‑related Diversity Institute (DI) programs and events initiatives. They ensure that DI research programs accomplish funded objectives and meet the needs of participants through flexible and accessible delivery modes. The Program Manager collaborates with multiple partners internally and externally to ensure the DI research program area offers current, relevant and innovative programs, and to develop programming to promote and measure program and research impact.
