Job description

This role is guaranteed 100% utilization.

Accountable for preparing materials required to communicate Program status at various “Executive” level committees, individual project boards, and stakeholders.

Responsible for overall Program execution (comprising various projects) by providing oversight and guidance to project managers.

Manage and surface program-level risks by ensuring transparency among stakeholders.

Oversee program-level budget spend, ensuring adherence to change management processes approved by the program sponsor.

Maintain the program’s organizational change management strategy in collaboration with the corporate OCM resource.

Work effectively with project managers managing individual projects within the program, providing guidance as needed.

Mandatory:

A record of ongoing professional development. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Certification in project management such as PMP, Prince2, or similar.

Beneficial to have SAP product knowledge and ASAP methodology.

• Experience in systems acquisition engineering, software development, and communications engineering support activities.
• 10+ years of program/project management experience.
• Experience leading initiatives for business transformation within IT.

Role is as a PROGRAM MANAGER.

This position is for the SAP Modernization initiative titled "JUNO Powering our Business," a program of 6 major projects and additional smaller initiatives over 3 years, focusing on upgrading to SAP S/4HANA and transforming business processes.

• Meetings in person with business partners and contractors to develop and review plans, schedules, and costs, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Produce and deliver program status reports and presentations to stakeholders and steering committees.
• Coordinate with resource managers regarding resource availability.
