On behalf of ourclient, Procom is searching for a Program Manager, Generative AI for an 8-month role. This position is a remote position with a preference for candidates based in Alberta, Canada.

Program Manager, Generative AI - Job Description :

As a Program Manager, you will lead the Generative AI and Advice AI Program within the Data & AI and End-to-End Money Movement Portfolio. This involves exploring, developing, and implementing cutting-edge Generative AI technologies to transform client and team member experiences, with a focus on implementing a Virtual Agent solution to enhance digital banking experiences.

Program Manager, Generative AI - Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with Technology, Business, and 3rd party stakeholders to confirm project deliverables
• Develop resource estimates and effective plans to manage initiatives
• Assign tasks and monitor resources, schedules, and plans
• Report on status, risk management, budget, and success criteria
• Manage risks and issues throughout project lifecycle
• Ensure optimal communications within and across teams
• Liaise with stakeholders to maintain positive relationships
• Provide leadership and motivate project teams
• Identify requirements for cross-functional teams and vendors
• Work with program managers to identify risks and opportunities across projects
• Ensure effective onboarding of team members onto projects
• Support planning and conducting of project delivery ceremonies
• Report key metrics to senior stakeholders

Program Manager, Generative AI - Mandatory Skills :

• 10+ years of experience in IT project and program management
• 3+ years leading cross-functional project teams
• Experience with Generative AI and innovative solutions
• Project delivery experience in Data or Financial realms
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall processes
• Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Program Manager, Generative AI – Nice-to-Have Skills :

• Experience in the financial services industry
• Familiarity with AI innovation frameworks
• Experience with virtual agent solutions
• Understanding of end-to-end money movement processes
• Experience with stakeholder management

This is an 9-month contract position with the possibility of extension.
