Are you looking to join a group that delivers work in a high-efficiency program?

In this role, you will support work scopes in Canada and the US within the Enbridge Core Programs organization, including Liquid Pipelines (LP) Mainline integrity digs, Gas Transmission (GTM) integrity digs, Exposure/Span/Depth of Cover Mitigation, Casing Repairs, and Site Reclamation. You will provide technical support related to welding, Non-destructive Examination (NDE), coating, and collaborate with subject matter leads.

What You Will Do
  • Ensure maintenance programs comply with all regulations, industry codes, and standards.
  • Manage project management, planning, and construction activities to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Oversee work execution against budget and schedule.
  • Review design drawings, technical reports, and material specifications.
  • Support the Construction team during project execution.
  • Assist in NDE assessment and repair decisions by collaborating with Pipeline Integrity and NDE technicians.
  • Create and update requisitions for proper funding and cost forecasting.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule outages, minimizing throughput restrictions.
  • Promote safety and health on all projects.
  • Participate in the Enbridge Safety Leadership in Action program through observations, inspections, hazard assessments, and meetings.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the pipeline industry, with knowledge of pipeline engineering principles, standards, regulations, and project management.
  • Experience in Engineering, Construction, and Field Operations.
  • Understanding of pipeline and terminal operations.
  • Ability to predict obstacles and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective in shifting between planned and unplanned activities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Oracle.
Preferred
  • Experience in multiple engineering fields.
  • PMP Certification.
Working Conditions
  • Primarily office-based with travel to field sites.
  • Flexible work arrangements available, including hybrid and remote options, depending on role requirements.
Physical and Mental Requirements

Includes lifting, reaching, sitting, standing, visual and hearing requirements, and cognitive abilities to understand instructions, organize work, and communicate effectively.

US Salary and Benefits

Range: $76,700 – $120,000 based on experience and market conditions.

  • Benefits include PPO & HSO plans, 12 US holidays + PTO, family illness days, military leave, and benefits from Day 1.

Savings: 6% 401(k) match with immediate vesting.

Pension: Cash Balance plan with contributions made by Enbridge, vested after 3 years, with pay credits between 4% and 11% based on age and service.
