Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic input into the overall approach for scaling down, transitioning, or redeploying elements of digital infrastructure, ensuring alignment with broader business and operational priorities.
- Work alongside internal program leadership and external partners to shape and stress-test program strategy, risk management approaches, and transition planning.
- Act as a senior-level sounding board to program sponsors and executive stakeholders, offering insights drawn from experience with similar high-impact transformations.
- Support alignment between technical execution teams and business objectives, ensuring clear articulation of outcomes, risks, and dependencies.
- Help define and review key governance frameworks, milestone planning, and reporting structures.
Key Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior program management or strategic advisory capacity within complex digital transformation or decommissioning programs.
- Strong consultancy background, ideally within large enterprises or public-sector environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence without direct ownership.
- Understanding of infrastructure lifecycle management, technology retirement, and associated risks.
