The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining program standards and overseeing the program's direction, including resource allocation, performance management, recruitment, training, quality assurance, conflict resolution, and business development.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Support the execution and operation of initiatives to assist injured workers with their return-to-work process.
2. Meet with senior management as needed to discuss issues related to program standards, current practices, evaluations, and future development.
3. Oversee decision-making regarding participant admission and ongoing participation.
4. Monitor and evaluate the progress of each participant to ensure outcomes are achieved.
5. Develop materials necessary for service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of related experience in career and employment services, leadership, and supervision. Equivalencies will be considered.
• Experience working with WCB is an asset.
• Ability to manage large task volumes and competing priorities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong conflict management and resolution skills.
• Experience working with diverse populations is preferred.
• Security background check required.
