CMP Advanced Mechanical Solutions Ltd. seeks a Program Manager to drive the success of customer product portfolios from quote through multiple product life cycles.

You will be the primary technical contact and interface with customers, coordinating with Engineering and Continuous Improvement teams. Based in Canada, you will monitor the customer environment for new product opportunities, manage complex manufacturing programs, and collaborate across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• PMP or CAPM designation.
• Understands technical, manufacturing, engineering and supply chain aspects of the industry.
• Sheet metal and machining expertise a plus.
• Experience managing complex manufacturing projects.
• Entrepreneurship and customer orientation.
• Willingness to travel.
• Master the French language and English.

The Program Manager will also be required to continuously monitor their customer's business environment for potential new product developments and then serve as the primary technical contact and technical interface with the customer.

Knowledge And Skill Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in project management, an asset.
• A PMP / CAPM designation or experience deemed relevant.
• Understands the technical, manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain aspects of the industry.
• Sheet metal and machining expertise, an asset.
• Experience in managing complex manufacturing projects.
• Entrepreneurship and customer orientation.
• Excellent judgment and strong decision-making skills.
• Available for travel.
• Master the French language and the English (customers from the United States).
