Job summary

The Pod Group partners with a Peel Region-based nonprofit to recruit a Program Manager, Safe Centre (Gender-based Violence). Reporting to the Executive Director, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality programming, and coordinate the integrated service model to support survivors of intimate partner violence.

You will lead partnerships with community agencies, supervise staff and volunteers, and advance trauma-informed, anti-oppression practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and 3+ years in a managerial non-profit role.
• Experience with gender-based violence/anti-oppression frameworks preferred.
• Regulated professional designation must be in good standing or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for daily operations and integrated service delivery.
• Foster collaboration among partner organizations and community agencies.
• Supervise staff, students, and volunteers; support ongoing development.
• Promote trauma-informed, client-centered practices across services.
• Participate in leadership and accountability initiatives and reporting.
