Job summary

Greater Sudbury is seeking a Program Instructor to design and deliver Ski and Snowboard programs that emphasize safety, participation and fun. Reporting to the Recreation Coordinator, you will help shape engaging lessons and supervise participants throughout activities.

This is a contract, part-time position with days, evenings and weekends, up to 48 hours bi-weekly. Pay ranges from $19.19 to $22.46 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching skiing or snowboarding preferred.
• Ability to design safe, engaging programs.
• Strong focus on participant safety and enjoyment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and delivery of safe, enjoyable recreation programs that encourage participant involvement and support positive outcomes.
• Provide instruction, guidance, and support to participants to encourage learning, participation, and safety.
