PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement quality control procedures as per internal requirements and/or client contractual requirements;

Maintain status reports for all assigned projects;

Complete required volume of quality control audits within current working month for assigned staff;

Prepare, and provide first level of quality control review, of all client reporting and billing documentation;

Responsible for approval of copayment requests for patients, pharmacies and/or physicians, and back-up for copayment entry;

Liaise with ABSC Accounting to ensure proper payment timeframes and accurate payment

Liaise with Program Managers to ensure copayment KPIs are met;

Liaise with 3rd party payment administrator to ensure accurate electronic payment processing;

Assist with Program Administrative Assistant duties, as required;

Provide first level review of all missed KPIs and document root cause(s)

Responsible for collecting data and creating program billing to be submitted to Quality Control specialist/Program Manager monthly as per program protocols.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline;

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, in an office setting;

Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel);

Professional / courteous / efficient telephone manner;

Proven ability to organize time, set priorities and multi-task in order to meet various competing work deadlines;

Candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Ability to work independently and in a team environment;

Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or insurance industry is an asset; and

Bilingualism, French/English is an asset.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Working knowledge of automated warehouse operating system

Strong business and financial acumen

Strong analytical and mathematical skills
