The Provincial Program Director represents ALA’s clinical and practice requirements in the design and optimization of Connect Care and other digital health solutions, working collaboratively with Connect Care, Digital Health and other system partners. The position ensures continuing care workflows, documentation, assessment, care planning and practice requirements are understood and appropriately represented and advocates for digital solutions that support safe, consistent and effective clinical practice and service delivery. The Provincial Program Director is accountable for defining provincial education requirements, competency frameworks and learning pathways required to support clinical policy, practice expectations and priority provincial programs.
