Salary Range: $95,683-$104,000 per year

As the Behavioral Program Director , you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the execution of the Behavioral Health Program. You will lead the planning, development, and evaluation of therapeutic programs that meet the needs of each resident in accordance with regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that key performance indicators are met, provide ongoing monitoring of service quality, and coordinate with other departments for effective program delivery. Additionally, you will facilitate Behavioral Team meetings, supervise staff, and ensure the accurate documentation of residents progress in the program.
