Job summary

Program Delivery Manager – Insurance/P&C & AMS

Location: Markham, ON

We are seeking an experienced Program Delivery Manager with strong Insurance/P&C domain expertise and proven Application Management Services (AMS) project experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.

The role requires strong leadership across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, technology partners, and business groups. Candidates should have experience managing multiple workstreams, program governance, risks, dependencies, budgets, schedules, and executive-level communications.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Program/project delivery and governance experience
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
