YVR is seeking a Program Coordinator, Risk and Resilience to support the airport community in developing, maintaining, and enhancing operational and business continuity plans. You will assess and mitigate risks, strengthen readiness, and support airside contracts and emergency preparedness activities.
Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills are required. Three years in an operational environment and knowledge of aviation regulations are essential, with proficiency in Microsoft 365.

We have an exciting Term, full-time (to July 2027) opportunity for a Program Coordinator, Risk and Resilience to join a team of dynamic self-starters dedicated to keeping YVR safe, efficient, and prepared for whatever comes next. In this role, you will collaborate across the airport community to develop, maintain, and enhance operational and business continuity plans, assess and mitigate risks, and strengthen operational readiness. You will play a key role in ensuring the broader airside team is trained, informed, and equipped to successfully execute these plans. The position also supports key airside contracts, provides operational coverage as needed, and contributes to critical airport operations, including winter response activities.
Although not required, French language skills are an asset as we are committed to providing bilingual services to our visitors and passengers.
