Job Summary
The Program Coordinator : Atlantic Canada is responsible for delivering Tims Camps programming at schools community group spaces and at Tim Horton Childrens Camp (THCC) in Tatamagouche Nova Scotia. They create an inclusive and supportive environment which enables youth to develop tangible skills set out in the Tims Camps Program Framework and ensure participants have a positive high quality program experience for long term impact. During at-camp programming in the spring and summer the Program Coordinator supervises seasonal camp staff and applies their knowledge of youth development outdoor education program quality systems and demonstrated excellence in coaching and facilitation to provide direction coaching and support to their direct reports and the youth we serve.
