In support of the SickKids 2030 Strategy, the Precision Child Health (PCH) Office and Office of Clinical Research are seeking a dynamic Program Coordinator to join their teams. Reporting to the Executive Director, Precision Child Health and Clinical Research Transformation, the Program Coordinator will work closely with the broader leadership of both portfolios; including operational, clinical, and scientific leaders.
The Program Coordinator will provide essential organizational scaffolding across both teams, including calendar management and scheduling, information management, goal and key performance indicator tracking, event coordination, and support for the full lifecycle of executive level committees through scheduling, work plan management, meeting documentation, action tracking, and follow-up.
We are looking for someone who is nimble, curious, confident with technology, and eager to lean into new opportunities. The successful candidate will use Microsoft 365 and emerging artificial intelligence tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to support effective ways of working.
