About the role

Coordinates all phases of the client requisition process to promote a fair and competitive environment and maximize revenue potential. Ensures adherence to program process compliance, introduces efficiencies, and enhances overall effectiveness within the account to deliver superior quality services to clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.

What you’ll be doing
  1. Requisition Process
  2. Coordinate all stages of requisition activity using VMS technology.
  3. Ensure prompt order distribution with complete and accurate information. Provide consultative support to clarify job responsibilities, skills, and requisition requirements.
  4. Review and manage candidate submissions from suppliers to present the best-qualified candidates for review and placement.
  5. Schedule and coordinate on-site interviews and provide feedback to suppliers.
  6. Compliance
  7. Oversee proper use of VMS technology by client managers, suppliers, and their workforce.
  8. Create and manage SOP training, communicating updates regularly to ensure understanding and compliance.
  9. Ensure SLAs and KPIs in the SOP are met within timelines; take corrective actions when necessary.
  10. Facilitate supplier management of onboarding, employee relations, orientations, performance reviews, and off-boarding.
  11. Support the Account Manager in preparing SLA and scorecards for client review, and facilitate quarterly performance audits with suppliers.
  12. Analysis
  13. Support client recruitment planning across Canada.
  14. Recommend process improvements to increase productivity and reduce errors, incorporating findings into scorecard reviews.
  15. Review weekly billing exception reports, gather supplier information, and correct issues promptly. Provide weekly escalated issue analysis to the Director.
  16. Manage and track use of sub-vendors to ensure quality service.
  17. Perform additional duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
About you

Education: Post-secondary education or equivalent experience with progressive responsibility.

Experience: At least three years in a related service industry role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet applications; knowledge of VMS tools and CM systems is an asset.
