Job summary

TD Wealth in Saanich, British Columbia is seeking a Senior Investment Management leader to head a team focused on asset accumulation, preservation, and revenue growth within private wealth.

You will work with business leaders to develop plans, drive business development, recruit top talent, and maintain risk controls while delivering an outstanding client experience for high-net-worth clients. TD offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package and strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Sales Leadership & relevant industry experience.
  • Deep understanding of the HNW and UHNW client sector.
  • Undergraduate degree; CIRO registration as a Registered Representative and Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a highly qualified and collaborative team of Investment Management professionals.
  • Work closely with key business leaders to develop business plan, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Plan and execute business development activities, review and communicate results, adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Develop annual and/or long term plans for own area and influence broader plans.
  • Engage advisors and staff to provide a legendary Client Experience.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities, research enhancements, and implement strategies.
  • Recruit for all hires to ensure a highly diverse, qualified workforce.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for TD Wealth.
