TD Wealth is seeking a Financial Planner to empower mass affluent clients through holistic financial planning and advice.

You will build a portfolio from the ground up within an entrepreneurial model, with a commission-based compensation structure and a guaranteed base salary during the first four years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in banking services with client relationship management and investment advice
• Willingness to obtain Registered Representative (RR) licensing with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO)
• Commitment to achieving the CFP designation within the first three years in the role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand life and financial objectives and conduct in-depth reviews.
• Deliver expert financial planning and advice to grow the client base.
• Use data-driven insights to analyze results and improve programs and practices.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve objectives and enhance client experience.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to a service-oriented culture while managing risk.
