Job summary

TD Wealth is seeking a Financial Planner to empower mass affluent clients through holistic financial planning and advice. Build your portfolio with a unique entrepreneurial model, featuring commission-based earnings and a guaranteed base salary during the first four years.

You will focus on client relationships, delivering tailored investment advice, and driving business growth within a collaborative team. This role requires CFP pursuit and potential CIRO licensing, with strong emphasis on risk

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of banking services experience with client relationships and tailored investment advice (preferred).
  • Willingness to obtain RR licensing with CIRO, if not licensed.
  • Commitment to achieving CFP designation within three years.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand financial objectives and conduct in-depth reviews.
  • Deliver expert financial planning advice and ongoing client support.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to analyze results and recommendations.
  • Mentor teammates and uphold risk management and service excellence.
