Job summary

TD Private Wealth Management in Toronto is seeking a detail‑oriented Private Trust Client Service Associate to provide administrative, analytical, and service support to Trust Officers and Private Trust Managers. You will also serve as a secondary contact for clients, helping to ensure timely responses and accurate documentation.

You will maintain client profiles, support service commitments, handle calls, and collaborate across teams to uphold TD’s high standards.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree is required or pursued.
  • Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) preferred.
  • TEP (Trust & Estate Practitioner) is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Support a designated relationship manager to meet service commitments for Private Trust clients.
  • Maintain client profiles and account documents and client contact routines.
  • Ensure accurate, organized service to external clients and internal teams; respond to calls and inquiries.
  • Assist Private Trust business with ongoing professional knowledge and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Work autonomously and contribute to team success in a moderate to high complexity environment.
