Job Description: Professional Services Administrator Jonas Software – Club Division Markham, ON

COMPANY

Jonas is seeking a self-motivated Professional Services Representative who thrives on working within a fast-paced, service-oriented, and results-driven environment. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who is action-oriented and will collaborate with colleagues in all areas of our business including software development, professional services, customer support, sales, and finance to help ensure our Clients’ needs are being fulfilled.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Schedule all Club training, including onsite and e-training.
  2. Facilitate the coordination of professional services quotes and sign-backs with Club Clients and Jonas Staff.
  3. Oversee and prioritize outstanding training calls on the Club Support Board and follow up to ensure the Clients’ requests are responded to in a timely manner.
  4. Consult with Club Clients to understand their current work process in order to evaluate their training needs and make recommendations to them.
  5. Build and maintain positive long-term Client relationships by exemplifying integrity and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  6. Assist with the tracking of and utilization of Jonas Club Implementation Specialists.
  7. Initiate the Professional Services billing sequence with the Finance Team post training.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Post-secondary education in Business or related discipline or related work experience.
  2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in high volume administration role.
  3. Hands-on experience with the Club Industry is an asset.
  4. Demonstrated relationship building expertise with strong communication skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work in a self-managed manner, with exceptional organizational skills, prioritization, and time management abilities in order to meet deadlines.
  6. Professional, customer service mindset with a commitment to deliver exceptional quality of work.
  7. Highly proficient in MS Office and experience with SalesForce considered to be an asset.
  8. Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
