Job summary

Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts is hiring shuttle drivers to serve Banff Airporter passengers, greeting them on arrival and bidding them farewell at trip end. The role includes driving Scheduled Service or Private Charters in premium vans, with shifts that vary weekly and average 40 hours per week.

Requirements include a Class 4 license, being over 25, and strong English communication. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $20.62 base to $27–$40 per hour with gratuities and bonus programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide friendly service as the Banff Airporter face of the brand.

• Handle varying shifts, up to 40 hours per week, with weekend work as scheduled.
• Assist passengers, manage luggage (50+ lb), and ensure safe timely transport.

This job is so much more than driving between YYC and Banff. You will be the smiling face of Banff Airporter to our customers, welcoming them as they start their holidays, and bidding them farewell as they head home. Our happiest drivers are those that are passionate about the beautiful place in which we live, and want to share that passion with their passengers.

Times and hours of shift will vary week by week, guaranteed 40 hrs / week. Schedule runs from Saturday to Wednesday with Thursday and Friday off (set days of work/set days off) Types of shifts will be driving the Scheduled Service or Private Charters in either Mercedes Sprinter Vans & 24 seater mini-coaches.

While our hourly base wage is $20.62/hr, your actual earnings will range from $27-$40/hr with the various add on gratuities and bonus program offered.

Summer Bonus Program – $8 hour bonus for every hour driven on the Scheduled service, program ends October 9 2026

Benefits offered after 6 months of service

• While driving a shift on the Scheduled shuttle or a Rover, you will be paid $1.20 per person that you move on that run(s).
• Gratuity on Charter shifts – 75% of the gratuity goes directly to the driver.
• Cash tips in hand, range everyday
• Tip Brightly QR code on the bus. Guests send you money directly into your account. Banff Airporter does not see any of these transactions.
• Summer Bonus Program – $8 hour bonus for every hour driven on the Scheduled service, program ends October 9 2026

The Details

Our fleet is made up of custom made Mercedes Sprinter Vans & 24 seater buses. They are all a pleasure to drive.

We will provide you with all of the relevant training. You will not be left to fend for yourself.

Our fleet is cleaned and fuelled by professional detailers.

Our fleet is maintained by professional mechanics in our in-house shop.

You will be provided with uniforms at no cost to you.

Requirements

• In order to drive, you need a class 4 license and you should be over the age of 25.
• You must be able to handle 50+ pound bags repeatedly.
• The job requires some basic computer skills.
• Communication skills are a must. You need to have clear English speaking skills.
