Job summary

The Lake Louise Ski Resort is seeking a friendly shuttle driver to transport guests and staff around Lake Louise. The role combines customer service with safe driving and daily mileage records, with opportunities to interact with multiple departments and provide engaging service on the road.

Ideal candidates have a strong customer service background, reliable punctuality, and a clean Class 4 AB license. Prior driving experience and willingness to work in a resort environment are essential.

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Regularly communicate with peers and supervisors to ensure department success.
  • Able to work well in a team and independently.
  • Ability to deal with a broad range of people and departments.
  • Clean Class 4 AB driver's license or equivalent with clean driving record.
  • 3 years claims-free insurance history.
  • Minimum 1–2 years industry experience.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Safe operation of company vehicle(s) adhering to transportation policy.
  • Timely and safe transport of guests and staff.
  • Accurate, timely processing of paperwork and vehicle check logs.
  • Keep vehicle clean and organized, including daily cleaning of bus.
  • Regular communication with resort while on the road.
  • Maintain high-quality, friendly relationships with all departments.
  • Provide assistance to other departments as required.

Job Description:

The shuttle driver is responsible for transporting both guests and staff to the ski hill. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and solid driving experience. The shuttle driver will also be required to record daily mileage, ensure that the LLSR vehicles are in good working condition, provide friendly and engaging service and apply defensive driving techniques to uphold the safety of all passengers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Safe operation of company vehicle(s) adhering to the transportation policy
  • Timely and safe transportation of guests and staff
  • Accurate, timely, and organized processing of paperwork, vehicle check logs
  • Keep a clean & organized vehicle – includes daily cleaning of bus
  • Regular communication with resort while on the road
  • High quality, friendly, and cooperative relationship with all departments
  • Provide assistance to other departments as required
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
