McDougall Energy Inc. is seeking a skilled, safety‑focused Professional Delivery Driver for our Owen Sound operation on a seasonal contract.

You will safely transport bulk products, inspect vehicles, and maintain inventory while delivering outstanding customer service in varied weather conditions. The role requires a valid DZ license with at least 2 years of driving experience, the ability to travel, and comfort with a 4 on/4 off continental shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years driving experience with a valid DZ license.
• Willingness to travel and work a 4 on 4 off continental shift.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bulk product safely to client fleets, heavy equipment, generators, or bulk tanks within designated area.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and complete related documentation.
• Maintain inventory control of bulk product on the truck.
• Provide exceptional customer service on every delivery.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

About The Opportunity

McDougall Energy is looking for a skilled and safety focused individual to fill the position of Professional Delivery Driver based out of our Owen Sound operation. This is a seasonal contract.

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe transportation of products while upholding a high standard of customer service. Safety is paramount, and we expect our drivers to demonstrate safe driving practices and professional conduct on the roads and when interacting with customers. Reporting To The Operations Manager, Responsibilities Include

• Ensuring the safe delivery of bulk product to our client’s fleet, heavy equipment, generators, or bulk tanks within a designated area
• Inventory control of bulk product on truck
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and accurately complete related documentation
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions to meet our customer needs
• Use a handheld computer device to monitor the flow of fuel being input and disposed from the truck

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 2-years driving experience with a valid DZ license
• Strong interpersonal skills and the desire to be a team player
• The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Numeric ability and strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to work a 4 on 4 off / continental shift

This position is physically demanding, involving significant lifting and pulling in an outdoor climate. The successful candidate will be required to successfully pass pre- and random drug & alcohol testing and must have a safety and compliance mindset.
