Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Workers Awareness Certificate required.
• Previous cleaning experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and organize job tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors
• Dust furniture and surfaces
• Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers
• Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
• Clean building units while respecting tenants' space and belongings
• Communicate courteously with tenants and staff, and respond to cleaning requests promptly
• Maintain the confidentiality of any tenant information encountered
• Report maintenance, safety, or security concerns to the supervisor
• Other duties as assigned
