Job summary

Apple in Vancouver, Canada is seeking passionate iOS and Mac software engineers to maintain and enhance shared UI across Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and Freeform. You will collaborate with designers, QA, and cross-functional teams to influence UI design and project planning.

Required are 1+ years in Swift or Objective-C, strong OO design, and ability to communicate clearly. BS in CS or related field or equivalent experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Swift or Objective-C.
• Skilled with object-oriented design.
• Demonstrated experience planning and delivering software projects with and for cross-functional teams
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Empathy for and understanding of user experience, and attention to visual detail.
• Demonstrated skill at understanding non-technical users’ needs and developing appropriate solutions.
• BS Degree in CS or related field, or equivalent work experience.
