Adecco Canada is hiring Production Workers for full-time temporary opportunities in Smiths Falls, ON. As a Packaging Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring products are packaged accurately, production targets are met, and quality standards are maintained in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and box finished products.
• Perform material handling and product movement as required.
• Complete production reports and documentation accurately.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Work safely around manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company health and safety procedures.
• Support multiple production departments as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Contribute to quality, productivity, and waste reduction initiatives.
